We have developed a reputation for quality service; driver safety; and reliability. Our drivers are well trained in Defensive Driving; CPR/First Aid and Passenger Sensitivity. Most of our drivers have been driving for NTC, Inc. for at least five (5) years and gone through intensive driver training classes as well as supervised behind the wheel driver training and supervision.
NTC, Inc. has its own state of the arts full service mechanic shop staffed by certified auto mechanics, which ensures that our vehicles are serviced and maintained on a timely basis, reducing the number of vehicle break-downs on the road as well as reducing our maintenance cost that is passed on to our customers. We are also equipped to transport ambulatory and non-ambulatory passengers including group transports.
Finally, because of our careful planning and infrastructure development we are able to offer a competitive price for our transportation services. Each of our locations is equipped with a ten (10) thousand gallon fuel storage tank, which allows us to purchase our fuel at transport prices, which substantially reduces our fuel cost. These cost savings are passed on to our customers.
